Please use the "custom order request" button to inquire about custom orders. Please measure your neck or wrist before ordering “Custom” or “Made-to-Order” jewelry or accessories. Please ensure correct spelling, font type, and color choices prior to ordering any “Custom” or “Made-to-Order” items. All items marked as “Custom” or “Made-to-Order” are non-refundable, and not returnable, or exchangeable, therefore ALL CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.
If for any reason your purchase is in need of a repair please send me a message through Etsy. All repairs take approximately 1-2 weeks. I charge a flat rate fee of $15.00 for repair work. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees on repair work.

Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date with Etsy and PayPal. I ship to the payment address provided and cannot accept responsibility for misdirected packages. If a package is returned to me undelivered for any reason, you will be assessed additional shipping costs and invoiced via PayPal. I will reship your package once postage payment is received.
I am based in San Diego, California. Most of my items will be shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of your order. (Custom/Made-to-order requests should allow an extra 7-14 days for processing.)
